Ottima struttura. 3° piano con ascensore capiente. Gli appartamenti strutturati in modo geniale ed essenziali. Molto belli e ben arredati non mancano di nulla. Biancheria pulitissima ed in abbondanza. Stanze climatizzate e ben illuminate. Mobilio moderno, bianco e utilissimo, comprensivo anche del poggia valigia per non sporcare i letti. Atmosfera molto rilassante. Il signor Francesco un ospite eccezionale sempre attento alle esigenze. Parcheggio in strada sempre garantito ad ogni ora.....punto strategico e ben servito da negozi vari. Complimenti 👍👏 Ritorneremo sicuramente

A very nice room just a short walk from the central train station and conveniently close to various stores. The location is ideal for exploring both the historic center of Rossano and the beautiful beaches along the coast. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, always available to provide assistance. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very basic. The lady who came and let us in gave us a disgruntled run through of keys and left hurriedly. Don’t bother with breakfast unless you like cakes left wrapped in cellophane!

La chambre est toute neuve et tres bien décorée. La literie est confortable et la douche aussi. Voila les points positifs. A part ca, rien n est "de luxe" dans ce B&B malgré le nom : l accueil est tres decevant, le petit dejeuner est composé de 2 dosettes a café (les autres sont en supplément) et qques croissants sous vide, les parties communes de l appartement sont bruyantes et on entend egalement la rue passante. Il n y a pas de parking et le logement est situé dans la partie basse de Rossano (qui presente un interet limité par rapport au centre historique). Rien de redhibitoire mais nous avons payé 85euros la nuit et le rapport qualité/prix et le terme "de luxe" ne nous parait pas convenable à ce prix. A 50/60euros la nuit notre avis/attentes auraient été differents.
