I had called to make special arrangements prior to my stay. I was given assurance that the arrangements would be made and that I would be well taken care off. When i reached the hotel, it turned out that none of the arrangements were made and the staff didn’t even know what I was talking about. Really disappointed.

Excellent upscale hotel very near Mumbai airport. We had a very comfortable stay. Dining options are good though Italian restaurant is expensive. Highly recommend the Indian restaurant.
