The Bent Elbow

The room was ok. There was no front desk or ability to talk to anyone. We had a change in plans and I reached out through hotels messaging to cancel the 2nd night. The owner responded the next day that the room could be listed and if rented I would be refunded. I responded immediately to confirm. I never received another message. I did see the room relisted on hotels.com and later not available so I assume it was rented to someone else. I have sent multiple follow up emails, but have not received a response or refund. This hotel took advantage of situation and has refused to respond. I do not feel their business practices are trustworthy. I would not recommend.

We just stayed one night. Great location above a bar/restaurant where we had dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Wonderful location in the scenic small western town of Silverton. Only stayed one night but the grandsons wished we had an extra day. Only ripple was my wife just had recent knee surgery and she found the long stairway to the room a bit of a challenge. But she did it. Communications with Nick were easy and he was very responsive to any questions we had. The front balcony overlooking town was an unexpected bonus. We visited the One Hundred Gild Mine tour just outside town and would recommend it.

We never saw any staff, which was mostly ok because check in and out was very easy, but we wanted some ice and did not know how to get any. Past that everything was great.

Very cute hotel, rooms are nice and clean. The only complaint is that we were a family of four and there was only one washcloth. Plenty of towels, but only one washcloth. Also no counter space in the bathroom, very brutal when you have two women in the family with tons of toiletries.

You can’t beat the location if you’re visiting Silverton to tour.

Very clean. Bed, linens and pillows were great. No bottled water in the room and no iron/ironing board. Would have been good to know ahead of time.

Enjoyed our stay.
