Very Disappointed with the Stay We’ve stayed at this hotel three times, but this visit was very disappointing. • We had to request toilet paper every time, and only half-used rolls were kept in the room. • Our key card stopped working repeatedly, and we had to go to the counter several times to fix it. • Late checkout was not allowed, and there was no special consideration despite being returning guests. • We called multiple times for luggage assistance during checkout, but no one came. My husband had a leg injury, and he had to carry the bags himself. • Payment was required immediately at check-in. We had just arrived from the airport and didn’t have local currency exchanged yet — the hotel could have allowed payment later that evening instead. Overall, very poor service and lack of hospitality this time.

В целом хороший вариант для размещения. Хорошие комнаты.

Ребята, нам ни кто не сказал что у них стройка. В 8 уже было очень шумно а так же грязно возле отеля. Когда мы выезжали, это было ночью, строители работали и так же создавали шум. Не знаю, я много раз была в Индии, но так попала в первый раз.

Treatment and adamant denials on my small requests completely spoiled my stay. Also couldn't sleep due to some major issues which was explained but very cold response
