I have only the best recommendation for this property. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the terrace restaurant food was very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Eğitim için arkadaşımla beraber Samsun’a geldik. 2 gece burada konakladık. Duş yeri ve tuvalet konusunda inanılmaz kötü ve pisti. Oda içerisi fena değildi.

Otel son derece temizdi. Oda, çarşaflar, banyo pırıl pırıl tertemizdi. Konumu tam merkezdeydi. Aracımız için ücretsiz otopark mevcuttu. Bina çok eski ancak işletme profesyonel. Otelin 3 yıldızlı olduğunu dikkate alarak değerlendirme yaparsak sınıfını fazlasıyla hak ediyor.

Muadillerine kıyasla oldukça uyguna kaldım. Oda deniz manzaralı, temiz ve havadardı. Açık büfe kahvaltısı doyurucuydu. Sağlık biriminin olmamasından dolayı ufak bir sorun yaşadım ama onun haricinde her şey güzeldi. En kısa zamanda bu sorunu da çözeceklerini düşünüyorum.

Location is central overlooking Ataturk Park on the boulevard that runs along the front. Tram stop nearby that runs along coast to Atakum. Taxi ranks right outside to transport you to the airport. Breakfast is on the 8th floor terrace and was very pleasant with views of the bay & beyond. Plenty to eat, breakfast included in price. The room was a double & single bed with plenty of room and comfortable & chair were fine. Towels were clean and changed regularly. Large bathroom with good shower and plenty of hot water.

At breakfast there was an absence of yoghurt, muesli/granola cereal and a selection of fruit which I would have liked. The tea urn was empty on more than one occasion as clients were filling vacuum flasks to take out. I purchased a mug for my room as the mug in the bathroom (for the toothbrush) was cracked. The noise from the traffic horns is pretty continual from morning until late evening, closing the window helps a little (but you are right in the city centre). The deadlock switch on the door did not operate and the card activation is a little tricky.
