Boarded up all windows not a car n the parking lot

Very dirty room.

Check-in was supposed to start at 4, I got there around 5 and was told my room was not quite ready yet. I checked in still and then went and did some things arouns Boise. It was almost 8 when I got back. I asked about my room and went to go check, there i was told that my room qas not ready yet as it still needed to be vacuumed but the vacuum could not be found. The housekeeper proceeded to walk down the hallway and found the vacuum 30' down. So I finally got to my room at 8. Also, does not have a gym despite listing it. They have a room full of dicarded items in which the gym equipment is kept.

Staff very helpful, easy parking

We did not stay. We did a live chat with an expedia person last night who was going to call the hotel and cancel our stay. This hotel is a disaster. It was dirty, the desk clerk was away from the desk for a long period of time and did not check people in. There were several incapcitated elderly people in the lobby and front door greeting people as well as several cars with people waiting. Maybe to inhabit rooms not sold? Not a good situation

We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We arrived at 10:45 pm after a long drive and did not get into our hotel room until 11:40 pm because no one was at the check-in desk. We shouted down the hall, called the front office, and called another Quality Inn number and nothing helped. There was another party waiting besides our family. The guy finally wandered back to the desk from somewhere in the hotel and no apology was offered, no explanation given. He didn't even ask to see ID at check-in. The public areas of the hotel were in dire need of vacuuming. Stairway smelled like pot. Beds were ok. Breakfast was adequate, but will not ever stay here again. We only stayed because we had booked online and didn't want to lose the money.

Nice room

Affordable 2 star hotel right between the airport and interstate. Assigned a room facing the interstate, Extremely noisy the whole time. Carpet grossly dirty throughout. Staff was helpful and nice, Wouldn't stay again.

Gotta be the dirtiest carpets and sticky floors I ever seen, but the toilet/linens were clean. Our room was facing the highway, so it was very noisy, we can't say we got a good night sleep. We travel with a lot of expensive sports equipment, so we like a room with a good view on our van. That was not the case there, so we parked in front of the main lobby. The locking system of outside doors giving access to hotel corridor were broken, so we didn't feel very safe. On the positive side, continental breakfast was decent.
