"Ugly, unkempt, for a 2.7K per night. Only good - location."

The location is great.

The bedsheet had holes in it, can share video. The switch board was loose and used to come out of the fixture, the staff was far from being hospitable, as I would expect of a "Grand Boutique" hotel.
