Location and the associated facilities.

The housekeeping service was not up to the standard expected. They had to be reminded daily to clean the rooms, yet bins were not emptied daily. In the bathroom there was no box of tissues or a second spare toilet paper roll. For a quality property, the rooms lacked USB facilities for charging iPhones etc. The bedside touch control console button signs were difficult to see and operate. We were given an extension lead as there were not enough 3pin sockets for our chargers. I have taken a photograph. They were very attentive and apologetic when we complained and they did try to address our concerns. Just felt that the staff although very helpful, lacked proper training they deserve from the management who also need to address USB sockets facilities etc.
