We booked a room and prepaid back in February. Received email which stated checkin ends at 10pm. Called in February to let them know we would be arriving after that, they took name looked up reservation and said to call the number on the door when we arrived. Today received an email, with the number to call when we arrived. Arrived at hotel at 11:30pm and was told they had no rooms. Manager, Shelly O was called and she hung up on us — because they have no rooms. Contacted Expedia and was connected to Ani in Resolution Team — he issued a refund and was unable to find us a new room! Horrid lack of empathy with no resolution for a family of four who trusted an Expedia Reservation.

Love the pool area. Went with friends to film content for collect-a-con 2025, and we were able to film our nightly recap by the pool which made for a beautiful setting.

Great little spot with the cutest pool area!

No table or chair in room. No tissues. Elevator was far from the front desk. Limited vending machines as no food available so had to walk to restaurant. Was clean and quiet.

Blinds broken, no hair dryer, leaking fridge, no phone to call front desk, no luggage stands, TV remote doesn’t work

Cut in late no water available to drink no ice machine noisy place scared to sleep that night.

Musty smell in room, dirty floor, refrigerator was noisy all nite. Outlet didn’t work. Was not able to switch rooms. Breakfast was good and receptionist was pleasant. The hotel itself needs updating. The ac unit blew out nasty smell. I think people live there and have pets.

I preface this review with the point that I arrived into Ft. Lauderdale having taken a red eye. I was exhausted when I checked in. I check in and go to my room to take a hot shower and get some sleep. I change my clothes to get comfortable. I grab the remote and try to turn on the TV...nothing. I noticed the TV and the fridge is not plugged in but ok I plug it them in. The TV still nothing. After a half hour I open the remote control and there's no batteries in it. I call the front desk on my phone because there was no phone in my room. I let them know and they explain that they have no one to bring me the batteries. So I get dressed again and walk to the lobby. The lobby is full of people...like 10 people at least. I have to wait in line to get batteries. I bring the remote so they know I just need batteries. There were 2 young girls behind the counter with only one girl checking people in. The lobby smelled nice and the location was good for the place BUT the customer service was awful and unacceptable.

Dirty Sink and tub. Noisy. No comforter for bed and mattress bed was uncomfortable. Microwave didn't work. Complained to staff but no avail.
