Breakfast was good but there were no eggless cakes or pastries which was disappointing.

Very slow service. Staff are very unprofessional and unqualified and didn’t seem to understand English or Hindi. The girl at reception didn’t even know where the hotel gym was despite working in the hotel. The staff had no knowledge of the local area and forced us to pay the extortionate bill in the middle of our stay instead of waiting for checkout. The only great thing was the close location to Janta Maidan but we had to overpay for that. There was often no hot water and frequent power cuts.

Location

Price as its not worthy at all for 10K for a day. Although i checked in late on previous day where i asked to vacate on time despite requested for some 1-2 hours more as I had some office calls to take. So irritating as frequently called to vacate from reception even though hotel was not crowded. Even dinner also was expensive though preparation was good.

Only ended up spending 4 hours overnight at this hotel after Air India cancelled my flight

Only Location

I felt Unsafe in the hotel. They had a bunch of regular Reliance guests making noise on lower floor and were so loud that we could hear every single sound .I kept complaining to deaf ears some 6 times from 9.30-4 AM . At last at 4 AM i stormed to the reception and forced that I need to speak to the GM else i am calling the Police for nuisance. The Reliance guests making noise came outside my room to intimidate me and staff didnt take any action. Only when the GM arrived , they were told to be quiet at once. However morning 9AM they started the nuisance again and I had to report to the reception that i m happy to vacate if this doesnt stop. My parents are old and they got sick due to all this incident and took a week to recover. Absolutely Incompetent / undertrained Staff and they didnt know how to handle any situation. Also the rooms are not soundproof. I need my money back!
