Putovali smo popodne nakon posla te zapeli u gužvi u prometu, iza 19 sati nas je osoblje zvalo s upitom gdje smo i da smo već trebali doći jer recepcija radi do 20h.Najavljene su 4 osobe za dolazak,bilo je pripremljeno za 3 osobe(falila je posteljina i ručnici za jednu osobu).Prekidač od bojlera nije radio. Kada smo zatražili pomoć od osoblja za bilo šta od navedenog, osoblje je bilo vrlo neljubazno. Nije bilo fena. Uzeto nam je 100€ depozita te nam se isti nije htjelo vratiti dok se nismo vratile u objekt i odnijele baciti smeće u kontejner za smeće(smeće je bilo uredno zavezano u vrećice i ostavljeno ispred apartmana s obzirom na to da nismo znali gdje je kontejner za smeće,a nismo dobili upute po dolasku da ga sami moramo odnijeti baciti niti gdje - na ovu našu primjedbu osoblje resorta nam je reklo da moramo bolje čitati upute na bookingu). S obzirom na cijenu i na vrlo neljubazno osoblje, ne bi se više vratili u ovaj objekt.

Lokacija v neposrednji bližini nogometnih igrišč.

Čas za check-in je ful zgodaj, lahko naredite prostor za prevzem kluča 24/7, danes obstaja že ogromno reštiev za to, s tem dobite prihrane na osebju. Prvič smo se srečali s tem, da je bilo potebno položiti dodatno varščino. Profesionalni apartmaji imajo to urejeno z zavarovalnicami in ne na račun strank. GDPR obrazci, ki nimajo nobenega smisla in pravilne razčlenjenosti. Obrnite se na strokovnjaka za GDPR, ki vam bo pomagal modificirati obrazec. Popolna zguba časa pri izpopolnjevanju obrazcev. Nastanitve so drage in tudi trženske aktivnosti vam v tem primeru ne bodo pomagale.

Perfecte locatie. Heerlijk dicht bij het strand en het centrum van Medulin is op loopafstand. Fijn ontvangst bij de receptie. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Fijn balkon en airco. Nooit geen parkeerprobleem vanwege de privé parkeerplaats bij het appartement. Goed geregelde organisatie.

Een wasmachine in alle type accomodaties zou fijn zijn. Deze miste wij wel.

Ubytování vizuálně fajn.

Chybí trošku dovybavit apartmán. Jen varná deska bez trouby na peceni. Mohla by být myčka. Chyběl fén na vlasy.
