"Best of the Best"

I truly enjoyed myself at the W Muscat. Everyone we encountered during our stay, from the front desk staff, to the pool staff, to the cleaning and Living Room staff were extremely professional yet personable. Yacoub and Khaled in the pool area were very attentive and all around great guys. The attention to detail that the W has placed upon its design and decor is phenomenal. I cannot wait to return for the grand opening in September.

Stayed there for a few nights, days after the official opening. Couldn't experience the SPA or the Rooftop Bar as they were still closed, but overall I see the potential for this to be the best place to be in Muscat.

"New hotel problems!"

The hotel barely had and functioning services Hardly anyone answered my calls to the operators and if they did it would take a couple more calls to get whatever I wanted done! And whenever I complained I get told that they’re going through soft opening but if you’re gonna be taking peoples money and charge for their stay you shouldn't be experimenting with your staff! The only thing they were good at is bombarding me with phone calls and knocking on my room at around 1 pm asking me to check out ASAP

Wet, the pool area, was amazing. Absolutley beautiful and comfortable for a days relaxing in the sun. Staff are friendly and helpful.
