NLlocatie is geweldig! Je loopt je appartement uit en bent al op het strand. Het appartement is ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De auto stond in de ondergrondse parkeerplaats. In eerder recensies stond dat er weinig en slechte pannen waren, dat was bij ons niet het geval. We hadden voldoende schone pannen en er was ook Wifi in het appartement.
De douchekop moest je vasthouden tijdens het douchen, wat niet comfortabel is. Tip om dit te vervangen, het is een kleine klus die je comfort sterk verbeterd. Er was geen waterkoker, waardoor we in een pannetje water moesten koken. Zou fijn zijn als dat bij de inventaris zit. Verder was er ook geen deken of dekbed. Ons verblijf was in oktober, en alleen een dun dekentje is dan best fris in de nacht.

Dirty toilet - we even had to buy cleaning products ourselves to clean it. The fridge and kitchen were filthy too. Overall cleaning quality is very poor. Very few kitchen utensils - no cutting board, and the pan and pot were unusable. Even such basic things as toilet paper are missing. No internet. Uncomfortable beds, especially the bunk bed in the children’s room - it is very unstable. Terrible sound insulation. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes or the ventilation. Check-in outside the office working hours is only possible for an extra fee. The price–quality ratio is unacceptable.

Appartement sale a l'arrivée (sable et poil de chien meme sur canapé et ds tout l appartement),pas de passoire pour les pâtes,pas de tapis de bain,pas de draps et wifi pour sa on était prévenu, équipements au plus bas j'ai mais vu aussi bas dans toutes mes locations,de plus le bâtiment est un mélange d appartement de vacance et de propriétaire a l année qui sont agacé par les vacanciers et qui vous rendent responsable de tout et n importe quoi.
FRL'emplacement est superbe : la crique est très belle, familiale, propre et il y a toujours de la place pour installer son parasol même en plein été. La piscine est très bien entretenue, avec un belle vue panoramique sur la mer. Miami platja est une station balnéaire tranquille, loin de l'agitation des autres villes côtières, très reposante.
Le balcon de notre appartement était étroit pour 5 personnes : 2 personnes au max peuvent s'y installer.
FRPersonnel disponible, serviable et à l'écoute. Emplacement en front de mer et à proximité du centre pour les restaurants et supermarchés. Appartement climatisé et d'une superficie convenable pour 5 personnes. Le calme nocturne car pas de discothèques ou autres nuisances à proximité.
Le manque d'isolement phonique des cloisons qui séparent les logements..parfois gênant.
