Muy limpia, excelente ubicación , muy silencioso de noche , muy confortable

La ubicación excelente, la instalación correcta. Perfecto la opción de parking.

La cama hacía ruido y las almohadas eran súper planas, nada cómodas. A las 3 de la mañana había gente charlando en otro de los apartamentos, se oía muchísimo, no hemos dormido bien.

I have really mixed feelings about this place. Apart from the MOST PROBLEMATIC host, the place is absolutely fine. Its location is very central, yet quiet. The facilities are very good, including an iron, washing machine (some washing powder/liquid could be a good idea, you have to have your own), the bed is comfortable, size-wise the apartment is quite big: one big room (bedroom combined with a kitchenette) plus the bathroom.

The serious problem was the owner / host - so extremely rude. A series of serious problems delayed my arrival before 22:00: originally, I planned to drive, but a recent serious operation left my arm semi-paralyzed which prevented me from driving: I had to use public transport (from El Chorro to Granada), due to some unforeseen construction work, there was just one single train connection per day and the train was to arrive to Granada at 22:05. Even though I explained everything to the owner, he refused to wait even for 10 minutes to hand me over the keys = he refused me the entry if I would not arrive before 22:00. He said a self-checkin is not possible, so I would loose the 2-nights stay. In the most impolite, offensive way, he told me that I did poor research because I should know that the checkin is before 22:00, and if I want a self-checkin I should book elsewhere. As a result, I had to rush, take a train, long distance taxi (for a fortune!) and a bus just to be there a little before 22:00 - all these unexpected travel expenses were around 80 Euros = 1 night stay! In the end, the host left the keys in a safe-box so that I could do the self-checkin. Why did he behave to the guest in such a rude an humiliating manner, knowing so well that my delay was caused by things independent of me ?! In the end, I had to pay a lot extra just to reach a few minutes before 22:00 (difference of 15 minutes I arrived by train)! That is crazy! Of course, I am happy that the host let me in just after 22:00. But could he not be more responsive, polite and understanding from the beginning? I am on Booking.com since 2002, I have travelled for 45 years, and this is the first time I come across such a rude person. Hotels, apartments etc. are for tourists and it may always happen that a guest may arrive later due to unforseen circumstances - in such case it seems almost impossible to checkin into this appartment. Otherwise, the total score would be positive
