Сервіс жахливий .

The staff had no idea what Expedia is and said my relatove had to wait for their Director to come back to check with him. I was checking in a relative who was on the road for 3 days escaping froom a warzone, an elderly lady. The treated her like garbage and made her wait 3 hours. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Expedia and they could not reach the hotel either. What a mess! I ended up yelling at them and that is what worked unfortunately.

Bait and switch hotel! Advertise one price then after arrival, ask much more, hard to find, in dark location Hard to find, difficult to get to. Very shady and sketchy place and people. They had long time before arrival to call and say if there was a mistake before I spent money to get to the difficult to find hotel, and then have to pay to go back to where I would have happily stayed if not for the fake price. Other hotels much better location, service, and honest Manager knew about this and never came out to speak even after making us wait 2 hours. Little doubt that most if not all good reviews are by staff or paid reviews

good hotel. Rooms are clean and facilities working. The SPA section with a jacuzzi, sauna and roman steam bath is nice and really the main reason for my rating. Location is in the outskirts of Lviv but ideal if you travel by car.

Sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und günstig. Spa war ebenso vorhanden. Die Hörnchen beim Frühstück waren frisch zubereitet. Anders als im Rest der Ukraine haben die Angestellten einwandfreies Englisch gesprochen.

Generally very nice hotel. In the room there is air conditioner and small fridge. We stayed only 1 night on Sunday, and it was quiet ( no loud parties till morning, as some people write) :) just the breakfasts could be bigger, and for every extra cup of tea you need to pay :(

The complex is located in a residential district - just in a tower-block's backyard. If you need a nice, clean place to stay, with no wonder-views from the window and gorgeous meals and not close to the center (I used Uber mostly) - that would be a right choice for you. The beds are comfortable, the food is ok (there's a nice selection of breakfasts), the rooms are spacious, there are enough towels, drinking water is provided. The girls at the reception are quite helpful. My stay was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Lviv - especially if you are in transit or just do not plan to sit in the hotel all day long.

We stayed in Pysanka for 5 night in August 2015. It is quite modern nice Hotel. Not big (it has 15 rooms only), but has it's own restaurant complex in Ukrainian style. We liked it because of the location (not far from the city center), the hotel itself (it is clean and modern), very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, Prices for rooms were quite friendly. When we decided to stay there for one more night, the staff immediately solved this problem. If we will visit the Lviv one more time - we stay here.
