the rooms were clean and cleaned at exactly 11.30 am, the bed was comfy and they changed the bed when i asked for a bed away from the bathroom door.

the night staff a gentleman is very lax. the first night when i came in there was no one i looked around and i saw his on his mobile behind a pillar. the next day i asked him to play on the world cup broadcast and he said the guy coming in the next shift 30mts later will put it on for you

Ücretsiz iptali olan 6 kişilik otel rezervasyonum vardı Konakalamaya 3 gün kala gece 23.56’da rez. İptal talebi gönderdim kabul etmediler, gün değişikliği talep ettim fakat onu da talep etmediler. 28bin tl ödediğim için odalara mecbur otele gittim tekrar rica ettim iptal etmediler 2çocuk 4 yetişkin konaklamak zorunda kaldık ama odalar Çok sıcaktı odada uyuyamadık. Daha önce çeşitli hostellerde konakladım bu kadar anlayışsız personeli olan ve imkanı kısıtlı hostelde konaklamamılştım. Otelde mutfak yoktu yemeklerimizi ısıtamadık, pişiremedik. Çamaşır odadı yoktu kıyaftelerimizi dışarıdan çamaşırhaneye götürüp parasıyla yıkattık. Ücretsiz otoparkı yoktu. Sokakta yer bulabilirseniz ücretiyle park edebilirsiniz an fazla. Diğer bir problem Çocukların oynaması için yeterince oyuncak vs. varken personel bize bilgilendirmesini yapmadığı için son gece öğrendik çocuklar yeterince oynayamadı. Hizmet ve imkanı çok düşük. Buraya 2. Kere gidiyorum asla asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

The overall experience was really worth it. The hostel is very clean, staff is very helpful and always available, good facilities (also some which might not be included in the charges at other hostel, such as lockers for keeping luggage after check out), very clean and comfortable.

Centralized A/C would be a good option in heating summer, however fan did the thing.
