O prédio tem uma boa estrutura com bons funcionários uma segurança muito boa e ótima localização.

O apartamento que eu aluguei está em péssimas condições de manutenção, o sugar está quebrado, o colchão do primeiro quarto está afundado, no sofá fede, portas quebradas, o box do primeiro quarto quando você toma banho ele vaza no banheiro todo e diversos outros problemas.

Café sem variedades, todos os dias os mesmos sabores de suco. Tudo simples. Os funcionários da recepção não são receptivos, cordiais, não passam as informações sobre a hospedagem. Elevador sempre com problemas, causando grande tempo de esperar. Solicitei edredons ou cobertas, porém teria q pagar a parte. Mas só tinha lençóis nos quartos disponíveis e a noite não supria a necessidade. Outras coisas q tiveram q me deixou decepcionada. Pelo valor pago, não valeu a hospedagem.
