L'emplacement, la vue, le choix, le service. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pendant mon séjour à Montreux pour mon anniversaire. L'hôtel m'a fait une surprise en me surclassant pour l'occasion. L'accueil est très bien. Il y a des boissons fraîches et chaudes à disposition dans le hall de l'hôtel, un restaurant juste en bas. Tout est pratique.

"Wir hatten schöne 4 Tage in Montreux."

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Café und Wasser steht tgl. bereit, die MiniBar wird tgl. aufgefüllt. Lage direkt an der Promenade. Sehr nette Bardame im zugehörigen Purple Fish.

Es war sehr gut, dass eine Klimaanlage installiert war, allerdings macht die Konstruktion über den anliegenden Balkon eine Nutzung des selbigen fast unmöglich. Denn die warme Luft wird auf den ohnehin erhitzten Balkon geleitet.

Die Lage, Service,

Das Zimmer musste gewechselt werden, Starke Geruchsbelästigung im Bad, Kühlschrank mit angetrunkenen Getränke befüllt. Hotel war ausgebucht und somit ein Wechsel in ganz einfaches Zimmer !! Bitte um Meldung an Booking und Erstattung eines Differenzbetrages !! MfG Heieck
