Ótima localização, em frente ao lago. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos,bom café da manhã e quartos amplos , limpos e confortáveis. Possuem um serviço gratuito de snacks no hall do hotel.

A única coisa é que o banheiro necessita passar por uma reforma e ser modernizado.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast (but thought it was more expensive than it needed to be), we enjoyed the complimentary popcorn in the lobby, and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The balcony was not really inviting to sit out on but we were thankful to have access to a balcony. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options, but 30CHF per person seemed to be more costly than it needed to be and we would not purchase it for each day of our stay in the future.

The view from the room was beautiful. We enjoyed stunning sunrise, sunset, and night views throughout our stay. There is a large staircase between the hotel and the train station, but you can also follow the signs to take the elevator down, which makes access very convenient. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a good variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. The room minibar was complimentary and replenished daily. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of white wine. In addition, guests can enjoy free coffee and soft drinks in the lobby bar throughout the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful location and just down the hill from the train station. Nice walking path along the lake. The view from the 11th floor was outstanding of Lake Geneva. Bathrobes were supplied and nice free drinks in the refrigerator. Nice dining room on site and good menu.

It is in Switzerland but 30 euros seemed high for breakfast.

Location, the vibe, the staff, the incredible breakfast.

Not a huge thing, but the rooms, or the bathroom in particular needs modernised.

Very good breakfast buffet choice. Dinner in the restaurant was also good though the service was a little slow. Wonderful views from the terrace. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Location is superb being close to the railway station and the lake steamers departure point.

The air conditioning was a little noisy.
