Kenti Residence

Kenti apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and good kitchen.However there were no bedside tables so things like phones, watches etc had to go on the floor beside the bed or elsewhere, and the bathroom didn't have a shelf near the sink for personal items. Kristijan the owner was easy to contact using Whatsapp and was always quick to respond. The check in instructions he sent were very clear.

This accomodation had everything I need to stay comfortable. The location was peferct, literally next door to supermarket, 5-10 mins walk to the city center and most of the attractions in the city. Had well organized kitchen, bathroom, washroom, and showers. Since the room is located in side the court, it is really quiet. The most great part of this accomodation is the host. He is super friendly/kind. Gave me detail how to reach the accomodation as well as how to obtain key. He responded to whatever the question I had from the accomodation to shopping right away. I will definitely come back this place whenever I return to LJU. Thanks million!

Beds were placed against the wall so it was quite difficult for 2 persons to get on and off the bed.

Clean, well maintained and in a great location. Kristijan was very helpful and was easy to contact. The apartment is quite small but sufficient for two people.

watches your life 24/7 through a camera located above the door. considers it appropriate to write to guests at 4 am about the "rules of residence". an empty, uncomfortable apartment with neighbors. the whole house stinks of sewage.

Location is within walking distance about 8-10 min to old town and bus station. Owner is responsive and attentive.

We stayed here early Jan, very cold winter. The apartment is on the ground floor with very Cold floor. The bathroom without a shower screen door and no radiator/heater, its floor was very cold and wet thru out our stay. It’s slippery too. The sofa/pull out bed mattress & all pillows were thin and uncomfortable. There was only one mirror in the apartment which was in the bathroom. It’s inconvenient for 4 adults especially for the ladies. There was no iron when we needed to use one (owner told us it’s broken by previous guest).
