Please note that this building does not have a elevator. Please note that underage guests traveling without their parents must present a valid permission form. Please note that car access to the property and parking will be restricted during São João festivities, on the 24th of June and the previous 2 weeks. For safety, legal, habitability, and guest comfort reasons, we do not accept reservations for more than 2 rooms or groups of more than 8 people, parties, bachelor parties, similar events or people outside the reservation inside the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
