It is well mantained facilities, check-in was so easy and the location is so close to mall, eataries and MRT station. The apartment is well equipped too.

1. The front gate, it would be better if the visitor could be given the access code with no need to ask security to open the gate 2. the sofa pillow are kinda stinks 3. for four night stays, it would be better to check the gallon and refill it because on our last night it was almost empty. the room was always cleaned everyday and the gallon should’ve been refilled. 4. i put side notes on my booking that i want to get a room not prone to noises outside, but i got the room on the first floor which was quite noisy in the morning, i hope you could pay attention to my request in the next booking. 5. low water pressure in the shower

The place was fully equipped,clean, spacious, with comfy bed.

The hot water only lasted for 10mins or so.

This place is a joke! It looked good on the pictures and it was cheap. But I made a mistake. Let me tell u why. I booked for 3 nights. There was no checkin counter. It’s a building consists of multiple units inside. I think there must be say four units on one level-I’m not sure but I was waiting for a long time, by the street. From the front door of the building and the street which literally a car can passby was 12 inches. This is wrong. They could have built an illegal structure building. I’ve never been to a “hotel” or hostel with a front desk. A security guy sat on the stool walkie-talkie to someone and waited for her to give him a code to enter the building. A girl showed up with the passcode written on a paper to let u inside a room without window. I right away questioned about security of this place. I asked who else could have this code if I kept my luggages here. She said the cleaning lady. So now my room is like 6-8 feet away from that front door. And at this time, the front door “security” man also has my code too. So, I said, I’m sorry I couldn’t stay here. I won’t stay so you could refund my stay. This listing is not a listing! I’m not sure how people who preciously stayed here could sleep well at night. It’s really unsafe. There are so many boutique hotels around this neighborhood eg Pakubuwono maybe $5 difference? This place is illegal! Cutting up a small house and rent out for travelers who want to spend money in your city.. shame on u!

Location, location, location!! You can walk everywhere even to a great massage place, restaurants and MRTs. Staff were very sweet, took care of everything I needed. The noodle place next door, brought my order to the apt in 5 minutes. I will never stay elsewhere again.

I stayed for over one week, and I had everything I needed! Location was perfect, the massage place Kokuo was my favorite. Staff took good care of me, and security was 24/7. Will come back soon!

It was exactly what I was looking for . Maybe it should have a sign di it’s easier to identify
