We had a good stay at this hotel in Protaras. The hotel is relatively close to Konnos beach, which we found to be a very beautiful beach. Other than that you might want to go to Protaras city centre for beaches. This property is definitely not in the heart of Protaras. However, there's a bus station about 3 minutes away from the hotel, where you can catch the bus to Protaras or Ayia Napa, for example. The property is nice, and looks quite new. For us the pool was one of the main attractions. It is definitely a nice one! And the tennis field was useful for us as well. The breakfast is good and has a nice variety. The air conditioning was a bit too noisy for us, so quite difficult to use. The walls seem to be a bit too thin and you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms or from the corridor. The door lockers have some kind of a smart system that makes a sound when the door is not properly closed. So make sure you close it properly if you don't want your door to be part of the orchestra put in scene by the other doors on the corridor.

The hotel was great. Bit frustrated only by the fact that there are premium beds in the swimming pool area which are only for suite's vacants or with a 40E charge per person. Other than that room was clean and nice.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were sound proof . Very polite and helpful staff . nice place for a couple to stay since it is an adults only hotel.

Junior Suite with the hot tub on the balcony made us don't wanna leave the room! The hotel in general looks brand new. In-room amenities like nespresso machine, bathrobes and high quality shampoo etc are provided. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices!

The Hotel was very clean and the Staff were polite, it was exactly what I expected. Except for the Room I paid for which was a full Sea view. Which to me means a Room at the back of the Hotel not side, which has an unobstructed view of the Sea. That is what I paid for however my room was at the side of the Hotel, with a coastal view at best and mainly open land and housing. So I wasn't impressed with that as it wasn't what I expected. I mentioned this to the Receptionist who was very entransigent and said it was a full Sea view, despite explaining myself.

The hotel is very new and you can see it everywhere - new mattresses, indoor pool, sunbeds, etc. Didn't like the policy of charing for everything - extra capsule of coffee davidoff - 1€ (you have a nespresso machine in the room and 2 capsules. Each extra costs you 1€), beach towel- deposit 10€ cash. Late checkout - 10€/hr, even when the hotel is semi-empty. Not happy with the breakfast - no quality food, yoghurt with gelatine, instant coffee only, no fresh juices avialable and salads mainly leftovers from dinner a night before. Also: this sea hotel has no beach/sea entrance. You can find sunbeds on a lawn, but no possibility for a swim. Expensive cheap hotel, for non-demanding customers.
