Location is amazing, parking and check in were easy and our host Franky was awesome.

Handy location, secure parking space, for four people this was a lot cheaper than a hotel. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with good beds and a flexible living space. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Not a dislike but more of an oddity, the bathroom is outside the apartment via a lobby near the front door to the building. Once inside the bathroom is spacious and well appointed with a good shower and the usual facilities.

Like other reviews it’s in a basement with the bathroom separate. Kind of dark.

Excellent location which was perfectly central for exploring Ghent. Lots of good local restaurants. Great to have secure parking included in the cost Beds were very comfy; other facilities in the room were appreciated e.g. coffee machine Frankie the host was very helpful throughout

Very little not to like Only little quirk is the bathroom is not in the main room but located just outside main door. It is private so not a big issue. You also can’t put loo paper down the toilet - again not huge issue for us but just another quirk.

It was clean and tidy. 3 large double beds and a single bed, great for families. There was a large bathroom. It was warm and we could change the temperature. Very spacious. The location is amazing, 3-5 minutes from the castle on foot and close to lots of bars/restaurants. There is even a coffee machine. And in the bathroom (which is a separate room) there is a fridge we used.

I liked the property. It’s all in one room so if you are expecting separate bedrooms it’s not for you. It’s in a basement so there is no view or anything like that.

Estaba muy limpio y muy bien ubicado

El dueño nos quiso estafar diciendo que habíamos dejado cosas rotas que no habíamos roto para que pagásemos más, se inventó que habíamos dejado unas persianas con sangre y una luz rota (cosa que nos dijo que justo no tenía foto) en resumen nos quería timar para sacar más dinero

Heel ruim appartement, comfortabele bedden en zetel. Beperkte kookmogelijkheid met microgolfoven, vaatwasmachine, en basisuitzet, lekkere koffie met bonen. Boeken en speelgoed aanwezig. Ligging kort bij het centrum, toch heel rustig. Inbegrepen parkeerplaats in ondergrondse garage aan hetzelfde plein, wel niet voor hoge auto's (max 1m75?). Ruime badkamer met twee wasbakken en douche, koelkast aanwezig. Vriendelijke gastheer nam op voorhand contact op, vriendelijke mevrouw ontving ons om de sleutel te geven en rond te leiden. We konden vroeger in het appartement en de auto wegzetten. De badkamer ligt in een aparte ruimte één meter verder, wel enkel voor het appartement, er zijn geen andere gasten in het gebouw dus privé. Toiletpapier mag niet doorgespoeld worden. Het appartement ligt in een soort kelder, half boven straatniveau, niet het allermodernste maar voor ons waren dit allemaal geen minpunten. Gezien de prijs en wat je er voor krijgt, waren wij helemaal tevreden en zouden we terugkomen. Voor ons een aanrader!
