Gute Lage und unkomplizierter Check-in. Zudem sehr nettes Personal. Leider unzureichende Parkmöglichkeiten (nur 2 Parkplätze), ansonsten aber alles top.

"Central location"

The location of the hotel is central but in an medieval city it also means you have a lot of noice in the night as the noice travels in the small alley ways. Reception is not always covered which is annoying when you arrive and can’t even leave your luggage. While the reception staff was friendly, the rest of the staff was not helpful at all. Room and bathroom are clean but quite small. However, no air condition in the room and insufficient in the bathroom.

Hotel Einhorn was perfect for my needs. Everyone went out of their way to help. I will stay there again when I return in the spring.
