Perfect place ,very close and easy to reach citycenter Very clean towels & bedroom

We waited 1 hour for the key Shower hanger hook broken There were no clean glass to drink water or coffee , all of them was dirty on dishwasher and no tablet for dishwasher

"Poor"

The towels and general hygiene conditions were poor. The room was not clean enough. The stairs are difficult to climb. Overall, not pleased with the stay.

"Really nice and cosy but needs a couple more things to be perfect."

The Flat is really cosy and comfortable. We were a bit worried about it being cold, but the heating worked perfectly so it worked just great for us. Wifi was great too, we were both able to work without any connectivity issues.

Some of the basic consumables were missing i.e. salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher tablets. There were only two rolls of toilet paper for a stay of more than one week. We only sat on the sofa bed downstairs, but it would be extremely uncomfortable for anyone to sleep on. Also, the neighbours are extremely noisy at night. They shout and have loud tv on most nights up to 2am.
