Great apartment in the heart of Palma. Everything was easy to walk too. Customer service was great and very helpful. Clean apartment perfect for family.

There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up the stairs.

Loved the location,so many good places to eat, also great shops.Apartment was clean & tidy & had everything we needed.

Maybe having to drag heavy suitcases up stairs.

"Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage Palmas mit leichten Mängeln!"

Top ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Wohnen und Kochen braucht, Waschmaschine, Trockner, usw., 2 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer!! Superzentral gelegen, besser geht nicht!! Sehr schneller Kontakt per WhatsApp mit dem Personal der Can Rubí bei Problemen oder Fragen !

Eine Dusche gab sehr unangenehme Gerüche frei, wahrscheinlich nicht mit Geruchsverschluss im Abwasserrohr ausgestattet!! Schimmelspuren am Silikon der Dusche!! 2 der Sessel am Esstisch beschädigt, sollten aber nach Meldung des Problems ersetzt werden. Das geschah allerdings nicht während unseres Aufenthalts!!

"Cozy little appartment"

Nice little apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Perfect location in a pedestrian area. The whole city can be accessed by foot. I can really recommend this place.
