Location Room staff friendliness food

Nothing bad but some staff needed more training. Their attitude was excellent but their trainable skills needed more.

Hot breakfast buffet was ok I say this as I like my food hot, buffet breakfasts are not for me 😏 Otherwise everything else was great. Staff were outstanding.

Room was amazing, huge bed, rituals products in the bathroom. Food was beautiful and staff were great.

Over priced drinks also what the room was charged at and it didn't include breakfast. The "mini bar" tray was way over priced also.

Beautiful setting , clean and well kept . Attended a wedding , which was fantastic .

Only small issue was the noise from the keg delivery just below our room and a lot of banging doors early morning. Also a little communication breakdown at reception with the transfer of bags from hotel rooms to the Castle .
