It’s on the more basic side but clean and spacious

Great location, right off the freeway, easy parking, near a lovely mall and wonderful cafe. Heated saltwater pool and tub. Easy checkin and noon checkout. Large rooms with kitchen.

Nothing bad.

Good value for the room. Close to lots of amenities, and close enough where I was teaching in Sausalito. We extended our stay to take advantage of the good weather. We were quite satisfied.

I have chemical sensitivities. After staying in my room for 3 hours I had a headache that lasted 4 days, extreme fatigue and nausea that lasted 2 weeks. I usually stay at Best Western's and do not have this problem there. I was told that I would be refunded for my second day, I was not. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and clean. The personnel was friendly although clearly not great on follow-through.

Saltwater hot tub, especially the strong-enough therapeutic jet.

bath tub drain was super slow. A bit noisy between floors (could hear person walking in room above).

Good: Very big suite, very comfortable, all equipped. Decent kitchen, with everything we needed for a week’s stay. Clean and comfortable beds. Bad: We noticed only one flaw: the soundproofing wasn’t very effective. We heard almost everything from the other rooms close to ours. Especially from the one above us. We couldn’t locate the origin of a very disturbing noise during the night that seemed like an engine or a compressor. I spoke with the attendants at the reception, but they couldn’t help (or they didn’t want…). Initially we thought it was the heater of the above room, but we couldn’t confirm it.
