Hotel South Coast

Great location. Nice room. Great breakfast

the property was very clean. I liked that it has a fan as the room can get stuffy and hot. The breakfast has lots of options and the staff are attentive. I arrived at the hotel late so there was no more parking at the lot behind the hotel, but there are plenty of street parking in front and across from the hotel. Selfoss is a nice little town.

The check in was seamless and quick. The receptionist/staff that checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Their breakfast buffet was scrumptious, a lot of options!! They have the best breakfast by far compared to our other stays here in Iceland (South Coast area). The kitchen staff were very nice. The location was right in the middle of the town (Selfoss) with a lot of grocery stores nearby. I would gladly stay here again.

It is located conveniently and it is comfortable. Older hotel but well kept. Reasonably priced. Several dining options nearby walking distance.

The breakfast had vegetarian and gluten-free friendly options. The rooms were clean and there wasn’t a lot of traffic outside. The staff were friendly.

Fantastic breakfast

Room was really nice and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants, food hall, bars and supermarkets nearby. Would definitely stay again when we are in town.

This was a very nice hotel with modern rooms. The room we stayed in overlooked residential homes but the hotel is in a convenient stop at Selfoss for touring the Golden Circle and has car parking.

Everything 100% except the pillows are awful!
