Ease of checking in and checking out.

The location is hard because you need to walk down a busy street to get to Commercial Street. Additionally, the walls were super thin and there were no staff to enforce the quiet hours so I was up all night my entire stay listening to loud patrons. The parking (an additional charge) is not well-marked and overcrowded. I ended up with a nice big dent from trying to exit the hotel due to overcrowding. Overall, this was a major disappointment.

Bad people. I reserved a room and rather than taking a 50% deposit as is their posted policy they took 100%. Then I couldn't find any cab company in the area willing to schedule to pick us up at the airport because of drama with one of the cab companies. I asked the inn if they had an airport pickup service or know of other options and they told me to call the company that was making all the drama, telling me that all of the other companies were the bad ones. I called around again and got the feeling I'd be "crossing a picket line" and doing disservice to good honest people by booking with the bad company. I ended up reserving at another inn that would pick us up at the airport, and I requested The Bradford to cancel our reservation. I was nice about it, and probably would have stayed with them in the future. They refunded 50%, and then a few weeks later I noticed that they had originally taken 100% which they weren't supposed to do. Their posted policies require 100% minus a 15% cancellation fee because it was so far in advance. They copped an attitude when I asked them to process the other 50%, from which they were allowed under their policies to take a 15% cancellation fee. They actually asked me to explain why I thought I deserved the refund! I had to threaten them with negative reviews and an attorney general complaint to get my money back! Our friends stayed there while we were in town, and when I visited them I saw that their room was nice, and I really did love the location, but one of the owners was very rude to me in the driveway when I said hello and was going to introduce myself.

Location was great. Just one block from to all shops, restaurants etc in Provincetown, without the noise.

A bit nicer than what we were expecting. Room is very comfortable and the Inn is close to everything. The front desk was very obliging and friendly. No complaints here!

The ownets are absolutely on top of all aspects of lodging. Highly recommend

Amazing staff!!! Very clean and on-site parking. Quick walk to everything. Outside fire pit was a plus! Would stay here again!
