Персонал привітний і максимально клієнтоорінтований.

Перше, що кинулося в очі - прайс-лист на знищене і пошкоджене майно готелях, де перелічено навіть те, чого в номері нема Друге - замість двоспального ліжка зсунуті 2 одно спальні. Матраци не зручні, посередині ямка з бортиків ліжок Третє - відсутність гарячої води, бо дуже хотілося з довгої дороги в душ, але не вийшло. Готель стоїть вздовж траси, балкончик невеликий, на ньому ледь вміщається двоє людей стоячи.

Ввічливий та дбайливий персонал. Гарний сервіс.

This hotel is very close to Truskavets. And there is ample parking. There is air conditioning and the staff was friendly and informed us about breakfast between 9-10 am. Check-in was very smooth. The staff had a sheet of paper printed out from booking with our reservation information. We paid on arrival. Very nice staff too.

The bedding is a bit old, so when we sat down on the bed, we could feel the platform under the mattress. Also, the mattress was yellow and worn. There was a newer mattress pad placed on top to mitigate that. However, it was comfortable to sleep.
