Breakfast was good. Room was tidy but cushions did not smell clean

Room in dire need of renovation. Cushions smelt unclean. Toaster oven old and looked dirty

Not too expensive, well situated for visiting Parkville. Overall ok.

The staff was not particularly friendly. Already in the first e-mails, they only talk about rules, restrictions, fines, etc. Not what I expect when communication with an accomodation. They made it abundantly clear that they will not even talk to customers arriving after 8pm, even if the office is staffed. Lucky me that I made it in time. The room was dark and looked like it had not been renovated in the last 30 years. The 'breakfast' consisted of a few items in the cupboard and fridge. But is was not as bad as it sounds.

30 min walk to Marvel Stadium. Continental breakfast included.

Being close to hospitals and able to park car off street
