Nothing in this property meets what I expected

The staff ( no staff to help actually) , the cleanliness is below zero!! The apartment is too old and needs maintenance

Resortul foarte frumos, ingrijit, Ai la dispozitie market, restaurante, magazin de suveniruri, multe piscine. Posibilitatea de a efectua sporturi nautice. Plaja privata cu palmieri, curatenie. Apartamentul foarte mare , 2 bai.

Nu am avut uscator de par, fier de calcat ( masa de calcat exista) . Un minim la bucatarie burete si detergent de vase ar fi de apreciat.

I really liked that the property was spacious, very close to the beach, and that the staff were very helpful. One staff member in particular, Ahmad, was exceptionally kind and assisted us greatly throughout our stay. Since the breakfast area was a bit far from our apartment, he was especially helpful in arranging transportation and making sure we got there comfortably.

There was one aspect of our stay that I strongly disliked. At reception, when our passports were being checked, the staff member saw my friend’s passport and asked whether it belonged to “the servant.” This assumption was deeply offensive, not only to my friend, but to anyone who assists others and is reduced to such a label. We raised the issue with one of the managers, who apologized sincerely.

Location is great, close to red sea

No instructions on arriving/leaving, kitchenware and cleaning supplies no were to be found, lack of communication. Wi-fi did not work 3/4 of the stay with no way to communicate to anyone. Very disappointed.

nothing, really nothing

I had a very disappointing experience during my 2-night stay at Tala Bay Families Resorts Aqaba. The service was extremely poor, with staff being unhelpful and inattentive to needs. The rooms were not clean at all, with visible dirt and unpleasant odors. The furniture was outdated and in poor condition, making the entire stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no water available at the property, which is completely unacceptable. The rooms are very old and in dire need of renovation. I do not recommend this resort based on my experience. I will send my pictures to the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism.

WLan in der gesamten Anlage zu schwach; wlan hispeed bezahlt und nicht erhalten; kein wlan im Zimmer Achtung: wer hier nicht selbst tel mit daten mithat, muss aufs internet verzichten kein funktionierendes TV im Zimmer - kein smart tv, keine Netzverbindung
