Glacier Hotel Grawand

Io avevo una camera tripla ma con la possibilità di avere una cagnolina ,probabilmente la camera non era molto bella per quello. Per il resto confortevole ,ottimi i materassi ben arredata con vari appendi abiti e ben riscaldata.

- Check-in was in short time period between 2 PM to 4 PM. - Sauna closing at 7 PM

Da ni urejene ločene proge samo za pešce oziroma krpĺjanje..

Not much, terrible experience that ruined the holiday

This is happening in the hotel all the time and they do not want to stop it because the only thing they care is taking your money. Due to horrible road conditions in Italy and several accidents we were 15 min late for the lift. So warning to you, do not book with them unless you are 1000% sure you can arrive before 4 pm. No one is that sure and they know it. There is no solution for you unless you accept their "gracious" offer to stay at the same price in their sister hotel down called Sport Hotel which in my view is just a dump. Btw The Glacier hotel Grawand is also very dated and very old school. The cheapest plastic bathrooms I have ever seen, smelled like old people inside. The dinner included is super mediocre in both places. The people who stay there are also very .. how to say this.. unfashionable. It totally feels like a tourist trap
