Staff, despite stating 24 hour reception on the listing, refused to open the door for us to leave at 11pm.

"Reasonably priced but needs maintenance and cleaning."

Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean enough but they could do with a new paint job. Mold growing on the ceiling.

Bathrooms have become worse since a few years ago. Not cleaned well enough. The bidet shower handle had a broken button that was loose and came off.

Nothing

There is no plug points that fits our requirement and refused to provide a extension code as they didn't had correct plug points and ac is broken and the washrooms re not that much clean and as that I asked to cancel and they refused.
