Staff was very helpful. Particularly desk assistant nihal.

Metres and pillows are worn out and old. You cant simply put new pillow covers and make it clean. Under the pillow cover its dirty and wornout. Metres gives u body aches in the morning.

Very bad experience. The front desk guy refused to accept that the booking was confirmed, and then after showing app confirmation, he straight away refused to give the room. Words quoted " Don't care about booking.com I gave the room to someone else. I'm never going to recommend anyone to book via booking.com
