Garbage wasn't removed everyday, beds weren't made up everyday.

Uncleanliness of the entire rooms, bloody and dirty stain chairs and the premises unkempt and environment unsafe.

A sticky liquid must have spilled in the room refrigerator and was never cleaned. It was all over the floor. Property was not well kept.

Floor was filthy black. Hasn’t been mopped in weeks if not months obviously. Had to wear shoes or socks.

Very nice comfortable stay!

Room wasn’t very clean, Wi-Fi is the slowest Wi-Fi I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Call the front desk to talk about it and the dude argues with me, Wi-Fi works fine. I had to tell him, you have a different Wi-Fi there than what we have in the rooms, you were on the Baymont lobby Wi-Fi, we are a different set up. I said come back here and try it and he said no And argued with me about how the Wi-Fi works. It must be me and I told him no it’s it’s not me. I’ve tried multiple devices and it’s the same thing. Some customer service.

I stayed twice and I will not stay a third time. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, unable to get any work done due to how god-awful the Wi-Fi is. Can’t upload or download to dropbox, can’t surf the web with any sort of reasonable speed, can’t even watch a YouTube video without it taking forever to school. Having for bed, you try to stream something on your tablet, the Wi-Fi is awful. Also had to change the sheets on my own bed as I got there and they were dirty. Look like a poo stain, I grabbed a wash rag and some warm water and sure enough it cleaned off so that tells me the sheets weren’t washed. Called to get my own sheets and had to go upfront and get them myself and I change the sheets on the bed, when I took the sheets off the mattress cover was also covered in mold spots. I won’t be staying here again.

Tried to cancel several times and your web sight refused to let me do so. I will never use your services again and will strongly recommend against anyone I know aginst using it.

Matt at the desk was terrific. We came in later at night and he was super helpful with making it a smooth transition. Helped us get the right room for us. Thanks Matt!
