民宿的位置很近夜市 而且交通很方便 房間的空間對一個人住來說也十分足夠 如果下次再來台中我也會選擇這家民宿

房間很大很舒適，床也很舒服，很有家的感覺，可是浴室有點小，洗澡時有點不方便。旅館的主人很好，整體是一次滿意的住宿。

因為網站上並未留實際民宿的正確住址，去到現場時附近店家沒聽過這家民宿，導致辦理入住時，有點不高興 因為此為學生套房未出租的空房，所以連繼住宿並無進房整理，如要補毛巾要主動告知

如果超過晚上0800，店家非常貼心會有指引，另外雖然沒有附設停車位，但會推薦到合作停車場並提供停車優惠，房間也很乾淨。
