Main Square Oval Apartment

The location was perfect, right on the main square. The apartment is in a heritage building, it was a privilege to stay there. There was a market and supermarket nearby. The apartment was well equipped, with a washing machine and everything we needed in the kitchen. And there were delicious treats for us in the fridge.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and great hosts! Nothing was too much trouble and were very responsive to all questions. We look forward to coming back to Main Square Oval Apartments when we come back to Zagreb.

Apartment was super but due to the central location, parking is a challenge elsewhere.

Great location with easy access to all major attractions. It is a penthouse on the main square with a beautiful interior design. The lighting in the house is cool. The host has awesome knowledge and provides the best advice and tips for authentic experiences. We had a warm welcome with Apple Strudel. Do not spend time on search engines, Just ask the host. We want to visit again.

Excellent position on the main square, doesn’t get better. Great for people watching from the 4th floor. It was modern, had a well equipped kitchen and a good sized lounge area. We met our host’s son who was a great communicator and very happy to answer any questions. His mum left us fruit, juice, cake in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The shower pressure was the best we had in our 6 weeks travel and there was a seperate toilet and washing machine. It was very close to so many attractions, restaurants and cafes. All and all it was a great stay.

Great location in the very center of the city. The most was great. it was quiet and very comfortable with nice touches.

I liked everything.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you need. The host not only provided things such as extra towels, blankets and all the toiletries we needed but... And wait for this..... When we arrived, we were welcomed with home backed apple strudel still hot out the oven! And a jar of fresh biscuits. What a wow factor. Also the fridge was stocked with fresh fruit, milk, water and fruit juice. This really blew us away and it is something that sets this apartment up on a different level to other apartments. Another plus is the apartment has a lift which is rare in Europe. This means we did not have to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Another bonus.

The apartment overlooks the main square which offers a great view and makes the location of the apartment excellent. However the windows are probably not double glazed and so when the noise from the square gets very rowdy, it filters up into the apartment.

Apartment was large, very clean and fantastic location. Host were great and very accomodating. Mum providing cake and a fridge full of goodies was such a nice touch.
