True 1BR Balcony Suite with Strip View at MGM Signature

The property itself was nice however the room needed updating. The first night the hot tub, hot water faucet wouldn’t turn off and was stripped and we had to call maintenance who couldn’t fix it. Wallpaper peeling off the walls in the bathrooms tile in the master bath, going into the shower was coming loose and was a hazard people could get cut on that very easily. There were no frying pans to cook eggs and no utensils to flip eggs. The coffee pot was falling apart. The room chairs were horrible and needs to be replaced buttons missing stains all over them. If you’re going to advertise in an MGM resort and rent out your space, then it needs to be up to snuff. This room was clean, but was in a dire need of an upgrade. Very disappointed for our first day in Vegas.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. The pillows they were exactly how I like them which helped me get a very good night's sleep. It's not often that I find pillows this comfortable when traveling. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Apartment is good with excellent view. Pretty close to strip and easy to roam around. View from the apartment was very nice.

I had booked for 4 days, and because of some changes reduced stay to 3 days. Cancellation was denied by booking.com and property both. Both kept pointing to each other and had to pay even taxes for the booking which i have stayed :(

The room was nasty, used condoms in the garbage, emailed the ower well booking nothing was done, woke up to drilling/ construction being done , wasn't notified about it. Housekeeping came in made the bed left towels on the table , garbage still not empty, toilet paper holder broke. Sent pictures in again NOTHING.. DON'T EVER BPOK THRU THIRD PARTY.. EVERRRRRRRR
