True 1BR Balcony Suite with Strip View at MGM Signature

Really the only pro was that it was quiet

For a luxury apartment it was very disappointing. It was very dated. Lots of repairs were needed because it was kind of a disaster and not up to par by any means. From chipped countertops to cracked tiles to holes in the walls and even stains on the ceiling and the microwave faceplate was even missing! Spent a lot of money on the place and it was not worth it. Will never stay there again and I feel like I should get some sort of refund but I doubt that will happen. Just generally didn’t add anything positive to our experience.

The suite was large and everything I needed. The location was good if you don't mind walking. It's 10 mins through the MGM Grand and then you go out to the strip.

The suite is privately owned, a few lights weren't working, one of the toilet seats needed repair, overall the upkeep could be better

The kitchen area

They charge you $75 for a cleaning fee, but when I called to have the unit clean by their outside cleaner, they wanted to charge me for cleaning during my stay, basically you’re paying $75 so he can clean his unit and rent it to someone else, the flooring was new but dirty. It seems like it’s cleaning people never mop the floor. There were stains on the headboard so they’re cleaning person is not thorough holes in the lampshades and a broken part off of the microwave handle. There was a clogged sink in the main bathroom along with a sink stopper. That is there to hold water in the sink, but it was clogged so badly because it had no strainer or plunger to catch hair and other things. The outside balcony that overlooked the strip has a glass partition in it, and it was very dirty stains looked like no one had ever tried to attempt to clean it The sofa in the living room was old dirty and looked like someone had found it on the street and put it in this unit. It’s a shame for such a nice unit to have old dirty furniture.

Size, views and cleanliness were excellent, bed was very comfortable.

Room decor a little tired and a few bits of wear and tear that needed repair, but nothing major.

I really enjoyed the stay. Appartment was really nice and way more space than I needed. Will definitely book again
