Via Capo Rooms

Excellent location. Rooms are located right beside hotel conca park. The hotel was lovely and we had the luxury of breakfast and use of hotel facilities while staying in via capo

The room was very noisy particularly at 6/7am and sometimes late at night when deliveries arrived, bins being emptied and staff talking loudly.

Great place

The Via Capo rooms are newly renovated rooms that are well done with the bonus of the use of the Conca Park Hotel and breakfast offered. If you are staying a few nights and are on a budget this may be the room for you. First the picture shown by Trip advisor is not correct that is part of the Conca Park Hotel. (I’m attaching pictures of the actual Via Capo Rooms) The Via Capo rooms are part of an apartment complex just right outside the hotel complex. This is not an out building for just Via Capo it is part of an actual apartment complex with regular people living there. The 6 Via Capo rooms have their own secure hallway and are separated from the apartment. Here is the downside to this. I laid in bed at night listening to 2 different TVs, listening to people having conversations, dog barking, baby fussing and vehicle noise of people coming all hours of the night. This noise was not coming from the other Via Capo room guests but from the residents of the apartment. I want to reiterate the rooms are wonderful minimalistic rooms that we really liked. After one night we decided to switch to the hotel for the added cost which we should have done from the beginning. If you don’t care about the probable noise and want to be economical these are great rooms for the price. If economics are not a factor I suggest pass and stay at Conca Park Hotel.

The room was small and the noise in the alleyway every morning was dreadful. The laundry was unloaded outside our window.
