A reserva consta como cancelada no booking e com isso perdi a mudança de categoria no Genius. Já enviei algumas reclamações mas não recebi nenhum retorno.

Estive hospedado no Piazza diRoma, fiz a reserva pelo Booking, entrei em contato com anfitrião Wilson Pedro Imóveis. Realizei o pagamento e ficamos hospedados no período de 07 a 10 de janeiro. Mas simplesmente hoje 02/02 foi feito o cancelamento da minha estadia como se eu não houvesse comparecido. Sempre faço reservas pelo booking e nunca tive problema algum. Mas, dessa vez foi horrível. Não recomendo reserva nenhuma pelo grupo diRoma pelo booking, é um transtorno. O hotel não confirma a hospedagem, tem que entrar em contato direto com o anfitrião e agora essa situação do cancelamento, com possibilidade de eu ter que pagar uma taxa de não comparecimento.
