Seamless check in and check out. The apartment was clean and properly equipped.

The water heater (boiler) kept making a loud buzzing noise throughout the night. This occurred 1/2 hours after utilizing the shower (running hot water). Unfortunately we were not able to contact the host as it was 1 AM.

Could have provided shampoo,shower gel and washing detergent. We needed to run to the store just to take shower. Hot water runs out super fast

Washing machine, tumble dryer. 5 minute walk to train station- amazing links. Lovely shower, well appointed kitchen, dishwasher tablets!

Not as clean as I would expect, with condom wrapper found under bed whilst checking we hadn’t left anything, whilst packing. Dusty blinds that did not reach bottom of window, worried about exposure as on ground level. Take salt and pepper, I left salt, really surprised there wasn’t an accumulated pot of essentials left by other visitors

The place is big, the kitchen was well-equipped with dishes and cutlery, near the apartment there are some good restaurants (remember to book a table in advance) and grocery stores like Lidl (10-12 min. walk). If you arrive by train, the place is close from Bologna Central station so it’s very convenient for travellers. Smooth check-in and check-out.

The day we arrived we received a message with a different check-out date and time which was a little confusing. When we visited the mentioned website, everything was fine. The internet was very slow (almost not working). Unfortunately no luggage storage possible. It would be nice to add extras like salt, oil, coffee or tea in the kitchen (if you want to cook yourself keep in mind that you need to buy everything). Walls were not soundproof and we could hear the rain or the cars in the street.

😊 huge modern apartment. Full kitchen. Washer and DRYER. 10 minutes to train station. Great pub one street away 😒 €50 ‘cleaning fee’ collected in cash, so the listed room rate is artificially low. Annoying €10 charge if you use more than your ‘permitted’ linens and towels. Little interesting dining nearby. As with many of the managed properties, too many people involved in communication/checkin. I stay in hotels/rentals >300 nights/year

Great apartment centrally located about 20 minutes walk from the city centre and 20 minute walk to the Bologna Exhibition Centre . This apartment is ideal for a small family or if your staying in Bologna for a few days with all amenities you need . Fantastic local restaurants located just around the area especially Jari Pizzeria which is just around the corner .
