"Room wall decor issue, otherwise great!"

Clean, comfortable beds, room was a little run down, some wallpaper issues. Great shower and hotel convenient to highways and shopping. Highlight? Starbucks, warm cookies on arrival, hot tub and sauna

The rooms were clean, the problem I had with the room was the shower. Was unable to control the hot/cold. No comfortable setting, it was either too hot or too cold. The cleanliness both inside and out was clean. The transportation side was excellent. Used it for the State Fair and they were on time.

"Need more shuttles. "

The room was great. We choose this hotel for the shuttle service to the MN state fair. We found that the shuttle would fill quickly and the staff would scramble to find another driver. Evening pick ups from the state fair were packed and it did not seem like there ran enough shuttles to accommodate the promised service.

There was not a TV remote in our room. It took about an hour and a half to get one. Everything else was excellent.
