Proximity to down town and the Praca. The twin bed in the main room was very comfortable. The shower was amazing. Excellent water pressure. My kids loved the wall of bunk beds.

It was in a bit of a sketchy area of town. There were no flat sheets on the bed. The curtains on the bunk beds kept falling down.

The location was both great (central) but also slightly dodgy (dark back street)

I was given the wrong room to the one I booked. Despite traveling alone, I booked a family room, but was given a small double. When I pointed out that, I was told the room has been renovated since I booked it, but there were absolutely no signs of renovation, if anything, the room was in need of one. I suspect they sold the family room to a family and moved me to a double room. I was then offered to have my stay cancelled, but they never did it. Even thought they list toiletries as provided, there was only a hand soap in the bathroom and I was told they are not a hotel to provide it.

地點很棒，在巷弄內，算是安靜，走出去就是逛街吃飯的熱鬧中心地帶。 室內乾淨而且有小廚房，非常乾淨溫馨好睡。 接待人員非常細心，給予週邊美食的建議都很棒👍

從大街走進巷弄後，外在的環境需要適應一下：上坡石板路、髒亂的巷子、味道不好等等。但是進了公寓以後，煥然一新。

Bien placé, tout proche du centre. Logement propre

Le logement est un peu vétuste, porte de la salle de bain/toilettes ne ferme pas du tout. Une fenêtre ne ferme pas (bruyant dans la rue)

Boa localização, bastante central. Varanda com vista para o castelo. Apartamento com capacidade para 6 pessoas.

Nada a apontar.

Tesis oldukça merkezi bir lokasyonda, sadece yokuş çıkmak zorlayıcıydı, ancak bu durum zaten Lizbon’un neredeyse her yerinde bu şekilde. Yine taksi ile havaalanından ulaşım oldukça kolaydı valizler ile yokuş çıkmak zorunda kalmadık. Rafaela bizi girişte karşıladı ve oldukça misafirperverdi, banyo temiz ve kullanışlıdı, odada boy aynası, saç kurutma makinesi ütü masası ve ütü dahil seyahati kolaylaştıracak birçok eşya vardı, odadaki priz sayısı yeterliydi. Kullanmasak da bagaj muhafaza hizmeti de vardı

Tesisle ilgili olumsuz bir deneyim yaşamadım. Fiyat performans dengesi oldukça yüksek bir tesisti. Birçok yorumda tesisin bulunduğu konum güvensiz olarak yazılmış ise de biz herhangi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadık. Sadece eski ve göçmen ağırlıklı bir mahalleydi ancak bu durum seyahatimizi olumsuz etkilemedi. Oda temizliği her gün olmadığı için uzun konaklamalarda belki zorluk yaşanabilir.

Conveniently close to the centre. Everything was within walking distance. We didn’t need to use public transport at all apart from traveling from the station.

Surrounding area looks a bit scruffy but apartment block was looking very good.
