There were several issues during the stay. The staff were unprofessional, often behaving inappropriately and appearing intoxicated, which negatively affected the overall experience. Their behavior towards guests was unacceptable.

The location of this property is poor. The staff were unprofessional and unsocial, with no proper cleaning or hygiene maintained. They misbehaved with guests without any reason, which poses a serious safety concern for tourists. Authorities should consider taking immediate legal action against this property to ensure guest safety.

Smelly rooms, unhelpful staff. No water, no coffee cups. They have some sort of arrangement with Goa gymkhana and customers have to deal with Goa gymkhana staff who don’t treat the mariners bay customers as their own customers- seems like you are unwanted problem

As the property is shifting hands with the Owner, some of the Old staff were missing, New staff is new so even if they want to cooperate they were not helpful. No toiletries were provided, in hall the sofa cum bed was a pain and no bed sheet and blanket was provided instead of repeated requests. Also no intercom facilities to communicate with the staff.

The Breakfast is served in the adjoining Resort Restaurant . The Resort is in a peaceful location with lot of Greenery.The Serviced Apartments are really huge with both Balconies facing Greenery.A living Room is there which can also accommodate 2 adults on Queen size sofa cum bed. A kitchenette is there with Basic cooking items and Induction cooktop and utensils. The Wifi is strong for WFM purposes. The swimming pool is good and clean . Got a scooty from nearby vendor.

Airtel signal is weak there , the staff asked me to activate Airtel Wifi calling after that it was good enough for calling and receiving calls. If you have your own car , parking is outside the Resort in their parking.

No room service, No food in the hotel, Nothing to do except staying in the room, Electricity issues, AC and geyser can't use during power failure.

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. The grounds are lovely but both pools were shockingly bad. View from the restaurant was wonderful but cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff were lovely and helpful but pretty much every restaurant order was wrong. The wooden rooms need refurbishing. It looked as though the floor tiles in the bathroom had been ripped up and not replaced.

The picture shown as the front is misleading.Parking facilities are almost non existent.The driveway shown on the photo has probably been photo-shopped as it is steep and security advised us not to drive down. The lighting is dim and the toilets were blocked and when help was requested it was not forthcoming though promised that it would be fixed.

Very very good hotel, Nice and helpfull staff. The food is very good and the staff in the restaurant is kind and serviceminded. Also very good cleaning in the room. I want to go back :)
