L'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité. Tout l'équipe est aux petits soins pour les clients. La chambre est spacieuse, la douche aussi ainsi que la terrasse ! Tout est très propre. La piscine est grande et la vue superbe ! L'emplacement est calme, c'est très agréable.

Eine sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft mitten im „Dschungel“. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sauber und gemütlich mit einer großen Terrasse mit Blickrichtung in den Wald. Wir waren zu dieser Zeit die einzigen Gäste im Hotel und wurden trotzdem großartig betreut. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und öffneten das Restaurant nur für uns. Auch bei einem Geburtstag konnte man auf die Unterstützung des Personals bauen. ☺️

Die Zufahrtsstraße von oben ist für normale Menschen nicht zu benutzen. Auch direkt aus Lovina ist der Weg etwas steinig, aber deutlich besser.

Stayed for five nights for a family vacation (horse and panther rooms). The design of the villas, garden, and property is absolutely stunning, and the rooms were comfortable. We organized a few day trips during our stay, including to Munduk and for dolphin watching in Lovina, and the hotel was very accommodating. Special shout outs to Rizma and driver Yudik. Restaurant had a limited menu but the Indonesian food was excellent - we really enjoyed the fresh banana juices, spring rolls, and nasi campur. It was also easy enough to get to town for more options. It’s hard to beat the sunset view from the infinity pool. Outdoor spa is lovely.

Some recommendations to make our stay even better: - breakfast came all at once. We would have loved receiving coffee and water first instead of waiting for it while our food was being freshly prepared - it’s a missed opportunity to not have yoga mats on the property. We didn’t bring ours and would have loved doing yoga on the balcony overlooking the incredible views or by the pool. Having some on-site (and perhaps an on-call yoga instructor) would have been really lovely - have earplugs handy (we brought some, but for guests who did not, as the jungle sounds can get a little noisy) - central water dispenser to reduce plastic bottle use would be great

The people who work for this beautiful place, are the best part of the experience. Yes, you arrive to a breathtaking view, but they are the ones making you feel like at home from the beginning. They care so much, and so fast trying to do everything we ask for - makes this place the BEST we have ever stayed at (and we travel the world a LOT!) We appreciate you all, really all of you, from the reception to the guys opening the gate, the kitchen, gardeners and massage therapists, Risma, Bagas, Yudi! The amount of work went into this property is unbelievable, and the good energy comes through because of the people who took the effort to plan it, design it, build it and work here today every day :) The owners did an amazing job, beautiful paintings, wooden statues everywhere made by locals, we really noticed all the details and thanks to the girls showing us the book, we look at everything differently knowing it all! Breakfast is delicious and generous, rooms are cleaned perfectly and if you find bugs anywhere, stop complaining - just remember YOU ARE IN NATURE! Strawberry cocktails with arak, rum and no vodka, taste like heaven! We had one almost every day haha! You really don’t need an extra alcohol in this drink. So anyway, the power of mother nature took over our body the moment we arrived and made us feel sooo relaxed, you have no choice really, just feel amazing. We love you all and will be forever thankful for our experience here! Suksma!!!

If we ever come back, we just hope that the roads leading here will be improved - please don’t try to drive here, only if you are a very very skilled driver on steep super small, slippery mountain roads. It was very stressful but we did it anyway :) They offer a driver with buggy car for about 6$ a ride, great deal, just take it! The lunch/dinner could be bigger portions and more variety, we prefered the breakfast here :)

Самый замечательный отдых в Ловине. Стаф был на высоте, как и великолепная еда. Номера чистые, ухоженные и с великолепным видом. Уровень комплекса очень высокий!
