Please note that the property will send check-in codes via email on the day of check-in. Kindly note the accommodations is accessible via a spiral staircase only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorization 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full, subject to an inspection of the property. All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The £50 will be kept as a cost of labor. Office hours are 09:00 – 17:00 hours Monday through to Sunday for urgent inquiries or assistance please call the property direct. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. It is a great location for town Great amenities Very clean and staff very helpful before check in

It was noisy as it’s behind a pub/ restaurant so there was noice until the early hours with recycling etc (not people) and then again first thing with bins etc. compounded by no double glazing and windows which seemed to be open although not- drafty so also cold.

Massive space Great location Bargain Nice large shower

Bit sparse and smelt "Musty, Musky". Not sure if it add been smiles in and the cleaned it. Just didn't smell fresh and airy. Realy can't complain for the price I paid though.

"Cheap and cheerful"

The apartment was large and warm and no complaints regarding how clean.

Apartment is down an alleyway and construction work was taken place nearby that was noisy. Absolutely no view from apartment and looking at rooftops,. Apartment felt cosy at nighttime when could close curtains and have no view.

"Goede ligging, maar sober"

Locatie was fantastisch en het is goed toegankelijk. Faciliteiten prima, ontbrak aan niets eigenlijk.

Het bed is te klein voor twee personen en de douchekop was kapot. Verder ongezellig.

The staff were very helpful, very quick with responding to queries. It is extremely close in the city to bar shops and restaurants

Although it is very close to everything, because the entrance is down a lane way and beside the back of restaurants there is constant noise coming through the windows of bottles being thrown out all through the night, extremely noisy, not one night did I have a full sleep

Very central, great location for walking around the city. Fully equipped with everything you need.

Unfortunately the location also means it’s noisy. The bar at the side has it glass bottle bin right outside so the sound of crashing bottles happens frequently along with general noise. Not really a way around it to be fair although windows aren’t double glazed so that might help a little. Apartment was very warm and cosy though despite the single glazed windows.
